The badge reads, 7 at the top, MASTER-AT-ARMS  U.S.S. MENARD around a eagle perched upon an anchor in the middle, with APA 210 at the bottom. It's a tad over 2&1/2 inches height and 2 inches in width. Very detailed etching work around the badge as well as the eagle in the middle and on top.
